Pastinaca sativa L.
It makes mid-long, beige roots that are easy to harvest. It is a resistant variety, suitable for use in autumn and winter. It's not good for storage, but we can harvest it when we need it - even in winter.
Parsnip has a very long growing season, so it has to be sown quite early.
