Garlic Chive

Allium tuberosum

A perennial which is similar to chives according to growth and usability. The leaves have a flavour that resembles both garlic and chives and can permanentely cut. 

The leaves are used as a spice in spreads, warm and cold dishes. We use it where we would usually use garlic.
