Levisticum officinale

A spice that has a very specific and dominant aroma, therefore we do not use it in herbal mixtures, but we use it independently. It is also known as "Maggi" spice and it is suitable for seasoning meat and soups. It is a perennial and the leaves are shapped similar to parsley.
