Tree spinach
Chenopodium giganteum
Annual, delicious leaf vegetable like spinach. Plant grows up to 2 m high and 1 m in width. The most usefull are young leaves and sprouts which can be cooked or eaten raw. Older leaves should be cooked or discarted because they form oxalic acid.
