Borage

Borago officinalis

Borage is a one-year plant that grows up to 1 m hugh in good soil. It blooms blue and has fleshy green leaves. Young flowers and leaves can be used in cooking. During flowering, it represents a very good pasture for bees. 
It is sown directly to a permanent place. If we leave the flowers on the plant, we can expect to have it next year as it is planting itself. Plants are very easy to take care of.
